The remaining ingredients are all well known for their health benefits, I have also taken most of them as a single supplement. These gummies give me a lot of benefits in a single gummy. The flavor is mixed berry, blueberry, raspberry, and blackberry, there are also just a hint of the other ingredients, which I recognize, but the oversized flavor is pleasant. This is convenient way to get the supplements you need to stay fit. Recommended.

Overall I think these supplement gummies were very very good. The taste was pleasant, they weren't overly sticky, and they caused no negative affects. I only finished one bottle as a test, and I FEEL like my energy levels and focus were slightly better throughout the early part of the day after taking a dose, and if I took two morning and early noon, I was good throughout my evening gym session. So for energy, definitely useful. This is likely due to the combination of shilajit, tongkat Ali, and ginseng, and black maca. I can't really say whether there were any male-specific effects or enhancement like free testosterone levels or things directly related to make vitality, but the added energy and mood elevation certainly made "other activities" less of a concern. I would order more to do a longer term analysis and review to see if I noticed an accumulation phase before maximum impact is achieved. But for one jar, I have nothing but great things to say. The taste makes it easy to consume, and the lack of side effects and zero stomach discomfort were a bonus. I’ve tried shilajit in other forms, and these gummies are definitely more convenient than dealing with the sticky resin or mixing powders. They taste pretty good and don’t have the strong earthy aftertaste I expected. I also like that they include maca, ginseng, and other ingredients in the same gummy. I’d heard a lot of good things about shilajit, so I was excited to try these gummies. They’re easy to take, and I appreciated the convenient gummy format compared to capsules or powders. Unfortunately, they just didn’t agree with me. After taking them, I felt nauseous and decided to stop using them. That doesn’t necessarily mean they won’t work well for others, but if you have a sensitive stomach, it’s something to keep in mind.

Great taste and easier to use than the resin. I'm getting great results with mood stabilization and it provides calming energy so I can get through my day with ease. Even my gray hair is turning back to it's natural color

Gummies taste great and dissolve fairly fast. The outlook is good. I will probably purchase more.
