I’ve been loving this supplement! It’s super easy to add to my daily routine and I’ve had a great experience with it so far. I’m really happy with the quality and it has definitely become one of those products I enjoy keeping in my routine. Would purchase again!

The RIVIUM NMH and Reservatrol Supplement is an interesting twist on antioxidant help to repair damaged cells. It turns out NMH when ingested turns into NAD+ and NAD+ helps increase cellular energy as well as repair DNA. The added resveratrol is a better known antioxidant that helps eliminate damaged free radical cells so the combo in theory gives you a better chance at long term healthy cellular energy and dna structure. I have taken resveratrol for years as a preventative and am interested to see how this Rivium supplement does for me. The supplement comes in a well packaged container that has all 3 of my preferred security measues, plastic cap wrap seal then a bottle seal under the cap and finally a dessicant tab to reduce moisture in the bottle. I counted 60 capsules so all were there and at close to $30 it is somewhat pricey for a one month supply (2 capsules per dose) but you must also take into account the quality of the product as well as the ingredients. I also noticed a decent amount of free powder in the bottle but did not see where any of the capsules were "leaking". This may be normal. Rivium has both GMP and third party lab tested seals on its label which help to give me confidence in the product. This product is made in China. One thing I did not notice was any kind of manufacturing lot traceability or expiration date and for some people this is important. There is no taste or aftertaste that I noticed and the capsules were of a regular size and not difficult to swallow. If you are interested in cellular level dna support and health this could be a good option for you to consider.

I'm sure it was just excess product, but it created a negative impression in my opinion.

Rivium also oversees quality control and third-party testing to ensure the final product meets their exact standards. Knowing this gives me the assurance that I am getting a quality product. I am surprisingly impressed with this product. I’ve tried various things over the years that have boasted about muscle recovery but this one has actually delivered! I’m recovering from a spine surgery and so I have soreness from the weakness and use of my muscles. I have been able to actually cut back or just not need any pain relief meds after my workouts since I’ve been using this product. I’m surprised and pleased 😀

I always wish supplements would advertise how many days supply instead of number of capsules in bottle, because the latter can be deceiving, so I want to be clear up front: while the bottle contains 60 capsules, a serving size is 2, so this is a 30 day supply. This is a more expensive supplement so keep that in mind when determining value for yourself. My only other negative is that it is made in China, but I appreciate that they're at least up front about it and they do claim it's "3rd party tested" (but who is that 3rd party? unknown) and GMP certified. I appreciate that the bottle is clouded blue--enough so you can see the product inside without exposing the product to too much light which can affect its quality. It seems to be a decent supplement overall!

This is a straight-up fantastic supplement. I have taken both NAD and resveratrol for years (especially resveratrol). I assume if you're considering this supplement, you know what these substances do, but if you don't, or came for the resveratrol but saw the NAD+... Resveratrol is mostly marketed as a life-extension supplement. It's basically an antifungal found on grapeskins that are grown in humid regions. Long story short, blue zone Sardinia, Italy was known to consume local wine that is high in resveratrol. Whether or not this substance increases life expectancy is unknown. However, resveratrol is well-tolerated and an excellent antioxidant. NAD (Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide) is a vital coenzyme found in cells. It works to convert food into cellular energy (ATP), helps repare DNA, and proteins that protect cells from aging. NAD levels decline as you age. So, for me, this supplement is highly recommended because it cuts down on the pills I take daily and it's more cost-effective. I was very pleasantly surprised to find both supplements together in a combo pill. So, if you were looking for the more popular and widely-known resveratrol, I think it's better to get it with the NAD+ so go for this one!

They are easy to swallow, with no taste and after taking the product I have not experienced any abdominal discomfort or side effects. Things that I like about the product is that it contains Resveratrol with the NMN. This gives added benefit to the product. I also like that is is Non-GMO and 3rd party tested and produced in a GMP facility. This product is also free of several allergens like dairy, fish, egg, dyes, soy and gluten. The cost is about a dollar a day making it average to high for cost for a single product. Things that I do not like about the product is its a little on the higher end of average for cost. As always do your research on supplements especially on Amazon as many products are here today and gone tomorrow.
