I was excited to get this supplement as the ingredients in it are so different from my normal supplements. The taste is very mild, almost like it has been watered down so it wasn't unpleasant to take at all. The dropper wouldn't fill up to 1 ml with one squeeze so I just had to calculate until I got to 2 ml. I really like supplements that are liquid drops as your body absorbs it better. I put it under my tongue and let it absorb that way not swallowing right away. It mentions thyroid health and that is where bladderwrack comes into play. Bladderwrack is rich in iodine (my thyroid thanks you). Burdock is a blood purifier/detoxifying agent. I haven't noticed any effects yet but I am sure if I took a before and after panel of the thyroid, there would be a positive change. I really like that this Irish Sea Moss is GMP certified. GMP Certified means it has strict standards and is tested by a third party so the ingredients they say are in the product are actually in the product.

This tincture doesn't taste very good by itself but it mixes well into a smoothie and is hardly noticeable. When I saw organic Irish sea moss liquid drops I assumed it was an organic tincture.
